Once applied, customs are the customer’s responsibility. When an order is returned, the customs applied will be deducted from the total refundable amount.

Bulk Orders

For bulk orders, the customer is responsible for shipping costs and taxes. The convenience fee will not be refunded if a delivered order is returned.

Convenience Fee

All orders will be charged the nominal shipping cost of $35 for USPS and $50 for FedEx. A convenience fee depends on the order quantity and area pin code. ‘Care Anxiety’ reserves the right to occasionally change/modify the convenience fee.
